While the Hokulani Golf Villas has been around since the mid 2000’s, it has been built in 3 phases. Currently the developers are looking to close the last remaining units in phase III. We have completed for 25 deals in the community and can certainly give you the inside track.

If you’ve been monitoring the Upcountry market lately, then you are well aware of Kua’aina Mauka which is a 32 home residential condominium community, comprised of 16 single-family homes and 16 ohanas just off of Makani Road and Haleakala Hwy.
