Kauhale Makai Market Update 2018

Kauhale Makai got off to an extremely slow start in 2018 with only unit sold through the 1st quarter of the year. It wasn’t until the middle of May that sales began to pick up. 7 0f the 8 closings have come within the last two months where June saw 3 units sold. 2 units were sold in May and so far into July 2 units have also been sold.

In terms of days on market, more than 85% of the listings were able to find a buyer in less than 2 months, while only 1 needed longer than 6 months to sell. There are a variety of units on the marker with the $300k price point the most dominant at 3 units sold, then $400k the next most popular with 2 sold. $200k, $500k, and $600k each also saw 1 unit sold.
