The Ho’olei villas have been experiencing a decent year with a total of seven transactions made this year to date. We are currently the market leaders in the community after having been involved with six out of the seven deals in the neighborhood. The villas are trading at an average sold price north of $2.6 million, $2,660,833 to be exact. However, some buyers are able to pick up a Ho’olei for under $2,000,000. Just this year we were able to get our clients into the lowest priced unit for $205k under asking at $1,690,000. The highest unit at Ho’olei sold for $3,250,000, a few hundred thousand off the peak of the market.
