The Kilohana neighborhood consists of various neighborhoods all with a mix of custom and developer built homes. The neighborhood is extremely desirable for its access to Keawakapu Beach and proximity to the Wailea Resort.
The majority of the homes sold were in the $1 million price point with only 1 home sold in excess of $2 million. By far the most dominant price point was the $1.3 million range with 5 homes sold. Buyers can expect a lot size of at least 7500 sqft with some even reaching over 1/4 of an acre.
