Lahaina Roads Market Update 2018
With only 42 units in total at Lahaina Roads, the market for this complex is extremely thin. Over the last few years, only a handful of units have even come to market. Interestingly, even though inventory is slim, some units do not move as fast as anticipated given its price point and excellent beachfront location.
Two of the three units that sold this year were on the 4th floor and were sold the fast in 2018 at under 6 months. While both of these two units were on the same floor, there was quite a discrepancy in their final sale prices, close to $80k separated the two units. The 3rd unit sold closed for an even $500k and is representative of a middle of the road unit at the complex.
