The Mill House restaurant is the hottest new restaurant on Maui. Specializing in farm to table delicacies, this place is an absolute MUST try next time you’re on island.
Located at the Maui Tropical Plantation in Wailuku, The Mill House is open 7 days a week for lunch and dinner. The chefs utilize the highest quality ingredients, carefully selected by field and row within the plantation’s grounds. The entire menu is prepared with local goodness and island ingenuity.
If you’re looking for a full day of Maui action, I’d suggest doing the Flying Hawaiian Zip Line Line in the morning, playing late round of Golf at King Kamehameha in the afternoon, and finish the evening with an epic dinner at the Mill House.  
Leading the pioneering culinary team at The Mill House is Executive Chef Jeff Scheer. Cultivating his ingredients on-site at the plantation has allowed Chef Jeff to deliver a really unique dining experience that has earned him some admirable reviews in our local community, as well as overall glowing reviews on Trip Advisor and YELP.
If you’re interested in a truly memorable experience (and this is really one for the books), I’d highly suggest getting tickets for one of the events at the Maui Chef’s Table (typically held on Fridays and Saturdays). Our experience at the Chef’s Table blew our last meal at Mama’s Fish House out of the water. Don’t get me wrong…I like Mama’s, but there are just so many people there these days, and the setting is not as intimate as it used to be.
The Mill House has a totally opposite feeling. So much more intimate than Mamas. In my opinion, an overall more genuine dinning experience. You can converse with the chefs, and actually hear one another while you enjoy a full seven-course meal. Come hungry, and go light on breakfast and lunch prior to attending.
