The Wailea Ekahi market has been active this year with fourteen units sold so far this year. More than half of the business was done in the first quarter of 2015 with seven units sold. The average sold price for a unit is $951,285 with a healthy amount of the units sold falling in the 6 figure range. The lowest priced unit sold was a one bedroom, two bath unit and it closed for $560,000. The median sold price of a unit is $900,000 with 5 deals in the $1+ million range. The highest priced unit sold for $1.9 million and it is a beautifully remodeled unit capturing some of the best views in the complex.

At the moment there are ten active units for sale in the complex representing a total projected sales volume of $12,186,288. The lowest priced unit is listed for $720,000 and is a remolded ground floor unit with lanai space.
