3/4 of 2015 Grand Champions Update
In the last week of August, three Grand Champions units entered escrow within a few days of each other. In mid August the numbers in the community we’re not where they were last year, but the three units in escrow are making it look a lot better. A hot week like the last of August isn’t too unusual, communities with high turnover rates like the Grand Champions can make their yearly numbers with closings coming in rapid fire.
The three units in escrow represent a projected sales volume of $2,217,900, with an average list price of $739,300. The units in escrow are listed at $669,000, $749,000, $799,000. The lowest priced unit has been on and off the market in the past few years and is a good value with two beds and two baths. The middle priced unit is also two beds with two baths and recent upgrades to the unit. The highest priced unit is a third floor unit, nice lanai space, updates to the kitchen, and ocean views.
