In 2014, the Kihei Resort condos was a somewhat inactive market place. The complexed totaled just four units sold in all of last year with total sales volume at $1,212,000. The average sold price of condo in 2014 was $303,000 with $317,000 representing the median price. The lowest condo purchased was a 1 bed/1 bath condo sold for $210,000 all cash. The most expensive home purchased was a neat remodel that closed for $368,000.

These condos represent great entry level properties into the vacation condo market, acquire a few of them and in no time you’re going to have some great real estate to cash in on or use as pawns to step up to a more luxurious level of vacation condos.
