I have to say, the sales data for Wailea Ekolu has been extremely impressive! With 14 units sold so far, the complex is averaging a little over 2 units sold per month; June has by far been the most productive month this year with 5 units sold. The next most productive month was January with 3 units sold, all of which entered escrow in 2016. More than 66% of the units sold this year have been above $800k, which is quote impressive considering the community is one of the more “lower” priced complexes across Wailea.
