So far in 2016, there have been 9 units sold for a running sales volume of $7,475,000 Compared to the same time last year (Jan 2015-Nov 2015), 2016 is actually underperforming compared to 2015 by 2 units. The average sold price for a unit in 2016 is $822,818; 7/9 units have sold above $700k with 3 sales exceeding $970k. The first half of 2016 has seen a majority of the production with more than half of the transaction coming by the end of May.
