Kihei Villages Market Update

The Kihei Villages market has been on fire!! In every month of the year to date, at least two units have sold with some months even seeing as much as six units close. So far in 2016, 25 units have been sold; compared to the same tame last year, 24 units were sold.

In 2016, the Kihei Villages market is averaging a sold price of $277,583, a very modest entry point into a clean and modest South Maui condo complex. The lowest priced unit to sell in the complex was an older unit with two beds and 1.5 baths, probably needing some TLC, and it closed for $220,000. The highest priced unit to sell closed for $348,000, it was a front row unit with a neat fenced in backyard, new appliances, and an unbeatable location in the complex.

At the moment there are 11 active Kihei Villages condos for sale representing an inventory of $3,114,900; the current average list price works out to $283,172. The lowest listed unit is priced at $247,000, its a second floor unit that could use some work, but otherwise represents a great value.
