Reduced to Move: 4 Upcountry Kula Price Reductions

Lower Kula on 2.5 Acres: 310 Piliwale Road

Brought to market in mid February at $1,685,000, 310 Piliwale Road has now been reduced by $35k to reflect a new list price of $1,650,000. The home was just sold last year in early March and it is already back on the market. It underwent renovations to bring the home up to par with other lower Kula estates. The views alone from the home are worth it.

The average list price for a home in Kula is just over $1.5 million, certainly a very steep purchase price across Maui.

The highest priced home for sale is listed at $4.9 million, it is a classic masterpiece blending an inviting interior and Island-style outdoor living areas, the luxurious 7000 sq. ft. custom home offers traditional appointments: custom Mahogany built-ins, a Mahogany paneled library, coffered and domed ceilings, a butler pantry, and even a dumbwaiter. The lowest priced home sale is at $515,000, it is a bankruptcy sale in a great upper Kula location.
