Just relisted after a month of being taking taken off the market, Polo Beach Club Villa 303 is listed for $2,225,000, which is about the price point this type of unit usually goes for. Polo Beach Club Market Update
At the moment, there are three active Polo Beach Club condos for sale, including the listing featured above. When units come to market at Polo Beach, it’s rare to see them last long as the complex is very rare and exclusive to get into because owners are very reluctant to sell their units.
The two other listings up for grabs are listed at: $3M-sixth-floor front corner location affords endless ocean, outer island and West Maui views, the view alone is priceless, the remodeled and upgraded interior appointments are elegant, pristine and impressive; and $2.5M-it is also on the 6th floor, has been on the market for close to 2 years, and has views to die for.

This year to date, there have been three units sold as well; all on the upper level, two on floor 7 and one on floor 5. The upper level units require steeper sale prices because of the view corridors they command, ocean views from condo units doesn’t get much better than the Polo Beach Club.
The units sold for an average price of just over $2 million. The three units sold at prices of: $2.35M-it was a top floor unit that sold as a pocket listing, a truly desirable unit; $2M-a 5th floor unit with two beds and two baths, over 1200 square feet of living space; and $1.9M- a turnkey 7th floor unit with two beds and two baths, just under 1200 square feet.
