Wailea Golf Estates consists of two phases of home sitting ona 30-acre site surrounded by the Wailea Blue Golf Course. The gated entrance to the Wailea Golf Estates almost seems to be hidden which grants residents a quiet, private lifestyle. The lots range from 12,000 to 20,000 square feet. The majority of homes offer exquisite views of Molokini, the Grand Wailea Resort, and the beautiful West Maui Mountains.
The neighborhood isn’t known for having an abundance of inventory, but rather its prestigious reputation among the Wailea real estate community. With strong recognition among buyers, it makes it that much more competitive for those interested in the community.

There are two gated entrances off of Kaipili Street and Okolani Drive. The neighborhood is divided into two different parts and the sizes of the lots range from 10,000 to 12,000 square feet.

In addition to the expensive list prices, the community also requires a pricey monthly maintenance fee to cover the upkeep of the grounds and private community club house.
