Wailea Golf Vistas has 48 home lots available on a plot of land that is about 17 acres. The neighborhood is almost completely surrounded by the beautiful Wailea Blue Golf Course (known by locals as the “Grand Lady of Wailea”) and is located above the Fairmont Kea Lani Resort.
The entrance to the Wailea Golf Vistas can be found by taking the first left into the gate after driving up Kaukahi Road. The sizes of the lots range from 11,000 to about 18,000 square feet. The Vistas facing to the west and southwest offer the best views in the neighborhood.

The entrance can be found by driving through Wailea Ekolu off of Wailea Ike Drive. The lots range from 12,000 to 20,000 square feet and most of them offer exquisite views of Molokini, the Grand Wailea Resort, and the beautiful West Maui Mountains.

Wailea Highlands is located off of Kaukahi Street by the Hotel Wailea. Although it is the smallest gated community in Wailea, the lots that are available are some of the biggest. There are 24 lots on a 14.5 acre piece of land, making each lot around half an acre or more.
Since some of the lots reside on steep slopes, the views from the Wailea Highlands are extraordinary. The West Maui Mountains and the islands of Molokini and Lanai are all visible from many of the lots. The residents of Wailea Highlands enjoy the luxury of living near three of Wailea’s most famous golf courses in addition to several world-class hotels.

Wailea Pualani contains 92 lots on 32 acres of land and is located right above the Wailea Kialoa neighborhood. There are two gated entrances off of Kaipili Street and Okolani Drive.
The neighborhood is divided into two different parts and the sizes of the lots range from 10,000 to 12,000 square feet. A handful of the lots in this neighborhood have excellent views and Wailea Pualani is an extremely quick drive away from places like The Shops at Wailea, Wailea Beach, and Makena Beach.

One of the premier neighborhoods on the south side, Maluhia at Wailea is Wailea’s only gated, beachfront, single-family community. There is no other neighborhood in Wailea that has so many custom features built into the communal areas.

Maui Meadows is nestled on the lower slopes of Haleakala, just above the world famous resort area of Wailea. The lower portion of Maui Meadows is about 300 feet above sea lever while the upper section reaches as high as 650 feet above sea level. The higher you ascend the slopes, the better the view, and correspondingly, the bigger the price tag.
The homes in this subdivision vary from mid $500Ks to just under $9M. Lots are at least half an acre and can vary all the way up to two acres, Maui Meadows is known for having some of the biggest lots available to South Maui buyers. The neighborhood itself is architecturally diverse with homes ranging from luxury estates, simple cottages, wood frame construction, and everything in between.

Kilohana Neighborhoods: Kilohana Waena & Kilohana Ridge
These two neighborhood allows home owners to enjoy all of the perks of Wailea living at Kihei prices. Maui’s best beaches and golf courses are located just minutes away, and nearby restaurants include Sarento’s on the Beach as well as the Five Palms Restaurant. It always seems to be sunny on this side of the island, as the average annual rainfall is only about 12 inches. The weather is pretty much perfect year round.

Ke Alii Kai is a 95 home subdivision developed by Towne Realty in 2002. Located just a few blocks from Kamaole 1 Beach Park to the makai (ocean) side of the neighborhood and Kamali’i Elmentary to the mauka (mountain) side. The homes have either three, four, or five bedrooms and range in size from 1400-2400 square feet.
There were originally 7 home plans offered, some as single story and others as two story. With seven floor plans spread between 95 homes, there is a good variation of the style of homes. Also, the neighborhood is zoned as R2, which means that many of the houses have cottages which are used as an extra space or for rental income.

Keonekai Heights is a Kihei subdivision that was developed in the late 1980’s. Homes in the neighborhood were built in phases starting in 1987 and 1988. The last few homes were build in 1995 and 1996.
