After a strong start with 4 units sold in Q1, Hale Kanani cooled off in the summer time with 3 sales and 1 sale in fall; Q4 saw 0 sales. In total, the market saw just under $5 million in total sales volume. More than half of the units sold were able to find a buyer within 2 months of being listed, while all of the units sold were able to secure a buyer within 9 months.

Sales have been dispersed between the $400k, $500k, and $600k price points. However, the $500k has been the most productive with 7 units sold, while the $400k and $600k range have seen one each. Buyers should also take into account monthly maintenance fees of around $500-$600 when trying to determine their price point.
