Hale Kamaole Market Update 2019
Buying into the Hale Kamaole community is popular move by many buyers because of its strong reputation as a vacation rentable Kihei condo. Its coveted location and walking distance to Kamaole Beach Park III is a strong driver for demand.
Throughout 2019, the market has seen up and down year. After a strong start in January, the market saw a quite summer with only 3 closings since summer. The market has been quite slow this year and has not been able to average 1 sale per month, unlike other Kihei condos like Kamaole Sands and Maui Kamole where they have seen strong sales figures.
The $600k and $700k price point has seen the most concentration of sales with 2/3, while the $400k and $500k range each saw one sale.
