Through Q1 and Q2, March was the only month to see no units sold with April representing 25% of all sales in 2019. February and May each saw 1 unit sold. All units have sold within 3 months of coming to market, while no unit has needed more than 4 months to find a buyer.
The lowest priced unit sold for full list price at $295,000 and it was an absolute steal with a lofted layout and a spacious 500+ sqft floor plan. The highest priced unit closed in the low $400k range and sold for just $5k less than asking. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect to pay a wide range and should expect around $350-$550/sqft.
