One of two of our late fall 2018 Hokulani Golf Villas listings, Hokulani Golf Villas 149 was listed in the middle of November. As a part of phase 2, this unit was constructed in 2013 and greatly taken care of over the years. Upgraded with some of the most expensive finishes, this luxurious and private two-story residence was offered fully “turn-key” with all furnishings included.
As the only gated community in Kihei, the home is located in the upper part of the community and elevated just enough to offer great ocean views from the upper lanai and cool trade wind breezes. As a highly desirable 210 floor plan, interested parties were eager to write an offer its time on the market.
We reduced the price once in order to create stronger interest and it paid off in the ender. We closed for full list price at $1,295,000.

With 12 units sold through just under 5 months, Hokulani Golf Villas has seen $15 million in running sales volume with 4 other units currently in escrow.
Operating at an average of more than 2 units sold per month is particularly impressive considering the homes here cannot be rented out on a short term basis. With sales figures like these, it is on part with other Kihei condos for sale. Strong sales have been aided by sales of new developer offerings as they look to close out phase 3.
More than 75% of the units sold this year were original developer offerings as they are still trying to close out the last phase of the development. Only 4 of the units sold this year were resale units.
