This past year, the Grand Champions market experienced a decent year with 9 sales worth $5,845,000 in total sales volume. Compared to 2016 sales, 2017 saw 5 less transactions and $4 million less in sales volume. The units here do move fast; all 9 units sold in 2017 took less than 6 months to sell with the quickest selling in just about 7 weeks. The complex is known for having great values because you can rent out your unit on a short term basis and you can buy Grand Champions units for $600-$800/sqft.
Sales throughout 2017 were sporadic with most of them coming at least 1-2 months apart. No month saw more than 1 sales; January, February, March, April, May June, July, September, and November all saw one sale each. The sales this year fell within a $200k price range from one another with the $600k price point being the most productive. Although the $500k range saw its fair share of sales with 3 units sold.
