Kamaole Sands Market Update 2017

The Kamaole Sands sold data never fails to impress as the complex is averaging a little over 3 units sold per month! Although the market is average 3.2 Kamaole Sands unit sold/month, certain months have outperformed others; August has been the most productive with 7 units sold, while June has been the least productive with 1 unit sold. So far through the first 3 quarters of the year, July is the only month to see 0 condos sold.

The Kamaole Sands market is a wide discrepancy as there is a $400k range between the highest priced unit sold and the lowest priced unit sold. The Kam Sands market does well because of the low barrier to entry, high turnover, and possibility for cash flow, so it is attractive to buyers who want to get in at a good price and generate some cash flow. The most popular price point in the community is the $400k range with 41% of the units sold falling in that price range.
