The lowest priced home was listed at $2.7 million and closed for $1.75 million after sitting on the market for moe than 1/2 a year. The highest priced home sold initially came to market at the top of the market, it listed in 2013 for around $7 million and ended up closing in October 0f 2015 for $3.75 million.
