Listed since early October of last year, this Kanani Wailea unit is just not feeling the love. It was originally listed at $925,000 and has sat untouched since, they have reduced the price and are now asking $849,000! It’s crazy that the owners were willing to drop the price that low, if you want the property the time is now. I’ll have to be honest, the home sits in close proximity to the road and has some road noise.
