Affordable Grand Champions for $500,000
We are so proud to announce that we have secured our clients an almost unheard of deal in the Wailea Resort. This Grand Champions condo was originally listed at $529,000 to begin with and we were able to close them at $506,250 with a two month escrow. The home was on the MLS for a little over a month before our clients decided to write an offer. I advised my clients to act quickly if they wanted the property because with a list price the low, it was only a matter of time before other buyers would act.

Market Update
2014 was a fantastic year for the Grand Champions Real Estate market. With 12 units sold last year, it was good enough for an average of one condo sold per month. 2014 sales volume totaled $6,612,100 with an average sold price of $551,008, an affordable entry price considering it is the Wailea Resort. The lowest condo sold in 2014 closed for $460k, $90,000 off the list price! The most expensive condo sold was a spacious remodel that closed for $655,000. The median sold price of the community was $565,000.
At the moment, there is not a lot of inventory to choose from, which is pretty atypical of the community. The average list price of a condo is $677,966 with the lowest listed at $539k and the highest priced at $830,000. There are also two other units that are currently sitting in escrow.
Highest Priced: Unit 90
Probably one of the best locations in The Grand Champions, this 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers an amazing view over the Golf course and out to the ocean for $829,000.
