The Hokulani Golf Villas is the fastest selling new home neighborhood in South Maui, it is just tucked away above the Maui Nui Golf Club (formerly the Maui Elleair). After a cool month to start 2014, the market has been slowly culminating to peak buying season when a lot of our clients are on island. This year to date, the neighborhood is averaging about a little over 1 sale/month with $14,900,687 in total sales and 14 homes sold so far. The average sold surpasses the $1 million barrier at $1,064,334. The lowest priced home sold was a new construction single level 200 floor plan, it closed for $907,000 cash after a 6 week escrow. on the high side, a new construction 2 story 110 floor plan sold for $1,230,000, the home immediately fronts the Maui Nui Golf Club.

At the moment, the neighborhood has a pretty nice selection of villas for buyers to select from; for sale are 14 units, all offering the unbeatable golf course lifestyle within minutes of Wailea. We, the Sayles Team, along with Hawaii Signature Homes (developers of the community), believe in being able to offer up scale and artfully crafted villas at attractive prices. The lowest priced unit available is a single level 200 floor plan listed at $907,000, it borders a large community common area. The highest priced home is a phase I resale listed at $1,395,000. The average list price of a home sits at $1,130,933, with a median list price of $1,149,000. Hopefully closing by the end of the year are three units currently in escrow.

The highest priced 100 is listed at just under $1 million at $999,000, lot 43 is a spacious lot backed up right against the fairway.
