This year to date, there has been six units sold for a total sales volume of $5,930,000. On average units were sold for just under $1,000,000, $988,333 to be exact. The lowest priced unit was sold for $800,000, a very affordable entry price into the heart of Wailea. At the top of the price range, the highest priced unit went for $1,275,000.
