Although the lots have been on the market for over a year, it was only a matter of time before they received respectable offers. As of late, the lots of Kilohana Waena have been selling like crazy. Since early September, we’ve have had five lots go into escrow. The lower priced lots are listed from $340K-$375K. ¬†All of these lots are great deals. Buying into the neighborhood for under $400K is a steal! Each lot will eventually be a custom home.
