Opukea at Lahaina Market Update 2017

Since the end of March, the Opukea market has caught fire with 9 closings coming in quick succession; the months of March and August were the most productive with 3 units sold in each. So far, the unit is experiencing a running sales volume of $4,883,500 and can soon rise by the end of the year if a few or all of the units in escrow close within the next 3 months.

The market at Opukea is operating in a tight price range as all of the units sold have fell in $500k, while the prices of $510,000 and $575,000 tend to be the sweet spot. The most notable fact of the sales data is all 9 of the units were sold within 6 months of coming to market.
