This year to date, Hale Kamole has only seen 5 units sold so far in 2017; compared to the same time last year, 2017 is outperforming 2016 by 400%. Over the last few years, interest in the community has tailed off a bit, but nonetheless, Hale Kamaole is still an extremely desirable complex because of the across the beach location from Kamaole Beach Park III.

80% of the sales have come in the 1st quarter of 2017, which coincides with contracts written during the winter busy season; buyers make a buying decision in a different part of the year, but data doesn’t reflect sales until the unit actually closes escrow.
