So far in 2017, the Sugar Beach complex has been experiencing just about 1 unit sold per month with 6 closings in total to date. Very interestingly, a 2nd floor unit sold for well below $500k, while a first floor oceanfront unit sold for $200k more. With that said, buyers looking in the complex are willing to pay premium prices for either the ground floor units that walk right onto the beach or the upper level units with expansive oceans views.
