It’s not alarming to see such a small volume of homes sold in the Wailea Golf Estates, the price range for the neighborhood is quite steep and requires a certain kind of buyer. The community sits a little higher than some of its other Wailea counterparts and gives the Golf Estates tremendous views to take advantage of; it is these elevated views that allow homes in the neighborhood to command steep prices.
