The highest priced listing is priced right below $1.7 million and is a unit with incredible ocean views, relaxing plunge pool, decorated immaculately and is located higher in elevation to maximize view corridors. Our listing that is featured, unit 35A, represents a unit right around the middle of the Kai Malu market and is a great deal considering units with their own plunge pools are priced a little higher.
