The average list price of unit is marked at $3,757,500, one of the highest average list prices for a condo in Wailea. The median list price of a unit in the complex is just under $4 million at$3,997,500. There is one unit available in the $1.5 million range, it is one of the smaller units but the spacious lanai more than makes up for it. Eight of the twelve units are what I would consider to be high priced items, those eight are all priced above $3.7 million and capping off at $5,200,000. The highest priced unit is an absolute beauty and is worth the $5 million price tag. The most inventory lies in the $2 and $4 million range.
