The Maui Kamaole condo complex is a very active market, deals are always being made left and right. This year to date, 16 units have been sold for an average sold price of $660,968, down about $15k since mid September. The lowest priced unit closed for under $500k at for $480,000, $70k lower than when initially listed at $549,000. I would like to remind buyers that the market for these units can get competitive. Because of their highly valued short term rentability, the demand for these condos are very high and buyers must be aggressive when they go after a unit.
