It has been an exciting month at Hokulani and it is not even two weeks into November and the market is heating up. We expect a bulk of sales to becoming soon as historically the real estate market picks up during the end of the year when it is busy season in Hawaii. The market has been a nice amount of transactions with a total sales volume of the neighborhood currently at $12,864,687. The an average sold price of a unit is just over $1 million at $1,072,244. The units here move at a decent pace as the average days spent on the market is 92. The highest unit in the neighborhood closed in 4 weeks with an all cash offer of $1,250,000. The lowest priced unit closed for under $1 million at $907,000.
Expansive windows and doors to invite tons of natural light
At the moment, there is a vast amount of units available for sale; up for grabs are 12 units, all with defining characteristics and luxuries.
