Ho’olei Market

The Ho’olei real estate market has cooled off a bit since the beginning of the year. With eight units sold in total this year, seven of the units closed in the first half of the year the while only one deal has closed in the latter half. However, that is something to expect in this market; we expect sales to surge soon as a lot of buyers enter the market towards the end of year when it is peak visiting season.

We are proud to say that we are the current market leaders after taking part in seven of the deals so far. You can pick up a Ho’olei for just above $2.7 million at $2,714,375 to be exact. However, it is quite possible to pull off a fantastic deal for under $2,000,000. In fact, we got our clients an unbelievable steal at $1,690,000. Granted it was a bottom row unit, but hey, you’re on Maui to be outdoors anyways! The highest unit at Ho’olei was a pocket listing that traded for $3,250,000, a few $100k off the peak of the market.

The highest priced listing is one of ours at $3,495,000, it is an excellent second row unit commanding pristine views of the pacfic. It is one of two of the most interior units with the least square footage of the three floorplans. The lowest priced unit is also one of our listings at $1,895,000, it is on the lowest belt of the community with the potential of being one of the best deals in Wailea. The total volumes of condos available is $23,590,000, a very nice amount of inventory in the neighborhood. The going price of condo is just under $3 million at $2,948,750.
