This year to date, the Wailea Ekolu market has picked up a little steam with five closings within the last two months. In total, there has been seven units sold representing a total sales volume of $5,670,000. The average selling price of a unit is just a little over $800k at $810,000. The lowest price a unit traded at was as low as $590,000 and as high as $1,00,000. The condos are spending an average of 201 days on the market, a turnover rate that I find a little disappointing with how hot the market is getting.

Second highest priced unit, sold for $895,000

At the moment, there is a decent amount of inventory for sale with five units in total on the market. The potential total sales volume is projected at $4,152,900. The average list price of a condo is marked at $830,580, certainly within striking distance of many buyers out here. The lowest priced condo is valued at barely under $600,000 ($599k), while the highest priced unit is believed to be worth $990,000.
