Papali Wailea Market Update: December 2013

Market Outlook

This year to date, Papali Wailea has surprisingly been one of the most inactive markets in all of Wailea. Until this week, there were no units sold over the course of 2013. In my opinion, this number does not do the neighborhood any justice.  With only 24 homes, the community is EXTREMELY exclusive.  Papali Wailea is arguably one of Wailea’s most luxurious residential condominiums.
