Intrigued by the company’s success, I took a closer look at what makes Discovery Land so extraordinary.

Founded in 1994 by entrepreneur Mike Meldman, Discovery Land Company was built with a bold vision: to create upscale communities that cater to those who appreciate the best life has to offer. Interestingly, Meldman wasn’t a golfer when he started the company, but he sought to reimagine the traditional golf club model. Ownership opportunities in Makena
There are a limited number of residences available for purchase at the moment within the Makena Beach Club & Residences in the Kula Villas phase and the Beach Cottages phase. Most notable is Kula Villas unit 3B which is the only property publicly offered for sale and listed for $14M.
There is also availability for the custom homesites in Ka’eo as well as The Ranch at Makena with prices ranging from $5.25M up to $23M. It’s important to note that all these offerings do not appear on the MLS so if you are interested it’s vital that you contact me to request a presentation.
