Within 4 days of being listed, our clients were eager to move on this property as it hit all of the marks. With expansive views of the deep blue ocean and the neighbor island of lanai, the unit offers its own natural painting. The 195 sqft lanai is the perfect compliment to the indoor space as it creates a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living.

Masters Kaanapali Market Update 2020

A little over 6 months into 2020, Masters Kaanapali has seen 8 units sold for a running sales volume of $6.3 million. Averaging just over 1 unit sold per month is strong sales production for a complex that does not allow for short term rentals. Units here have seen an increased turnover rate similar to some of their West Maui counterparts like Honua Kai, Kaanapali Alii, or Montage Kapalua. One unit was sold in an off market transaction, while three other units were sold within 3 months of coming to market.

While units here can sell for more than $1 million, 50% of the units were sold for $650k or less. On the upper end of the market, only one unit sold for more than $1 million. In terms of price/sqft, buyers should expect to pay $500-$750.
