Kaanapali Alii has seen a slow first half of the year with with 3 units sold for a running sales volume of over $6.6 million. Two of the the units sold were able to find a buyer within 1 month, while the other needed close to 10 months.

Sales in the $2.4 to $2.6 million range heavily dominate the market 66% of them falling in that price point. In terms of price/sqft, it will vary; Buyers should expect a range of $1000-$2000.
