At the moment, there are thirteen active Hale Kamaole condos for sale representing an inventory of $6,436,500. The average price for a condo here is a little under $500,000 with a median list price of $450,000 which means there are 7 units priced in a price point of $400k-$450k; the complex is currently bottom heavy with virtually the same units for sale just in different locations throughout the complex. The lowest priced unit is listed at $399,900, its a nice ocean view unit with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and located near the lower pool. The highest priced listing is valued at $649,000, excellent ocean view 2 bedroom with a bonus loft, but could use a little updating.
