The lowest priced unit to sell was a studio units with 429 square feet, a first floor unit, and located in the D building; it sold for $235,000. The highest priced unit to sell was actually unit D205 featured above. The 2nd highest priced listing to sell was an upper floor, one-bedroom, one-bath, furnished unit, overlooking a beautiful tropical garden setting, with privacy; it closed for $355,000.
