The Wailea Fairway Villas is a highly valued condominium complex, and one of Wailea’s best under the radar communities. The neighborhood is housed in an excellent location in the resort, with easy access to the highway. This luxury resort condominium complex with 118 two and three bedroom units, can be found bordering the 16th fairway of the Wailea Blue Golf Course.

The community consists of 24, two-story buildings complete with a community swimming pool, Whirlpool spa, business center, club house, barbecue area, and fitness center. The complex is just to the south of the Wailea Ekolu condos and overlooks the upper edge of the exlsuive and luxurious gated community of Hoolei. Pets are permitted, along with long-term rentals of a minimum 6 months, but sadly short-term vacation rentals are not.
