Wailea Point is constantly revered as one of the finest luxury condominiums in all of Hawaii. Wailea Point has been hot, hot, hot! Since the beginning of March, there have been a total of seven units sold; a staggering amount of high end inventory in such a short span of time. The units that closed were a mixed bag in terms of price point, as they ranged from $1.5m-$5m.
