Wailea condo market update for Hoolei

We’re still in the middle of March and can already see that the Wailea real estate market for the first quarter of 2013 is looking better than last year! This is especially true for our Hoolei condos as we now have 2 Villas sold so far in 2013 plus a greater variety of active Hoolei condos for sale. Latest Ho’olei condo sale

We sold Ho’olei Villa 15-3 (aka N3) on 03/12/2013 for $2,705,000 after only 30 days on the market! This is a beautifully decorated Plumeria floor plan Villa in the private and desirable N building on the South edge of the community bordering the golf course. The marks the second Ho’olei condo sale so far this year.

We listed Ho’olei Villa 24-1 (aka T1) on 03/07/2013 offered at $2,150,000. Convenience and space are the highlights of this great Hibiscus floor plan which is located on the front row within easy walking distance to the community pool and fitness center.

 

Wailea condo market outlook

In the first quarter of 2012 there were 25 Wailea condo sales with a totaling sales volume of $24,744,625 (average sold price was $989,785). Right now it’s not even the middle of March and there are already 18 condos sold in Wailea with a volume of $19,078,500 and an average sales price of $1,059,916.

Even better, there are 24 pending sales which will probably translate to another 10 to 15 closings before the end of the quarter putting the Wailea condo market well over last year’s sales. Be sure to view our complete and always updated list of Wailea condos for sale.
