Right now there are 4 pending Hoolei condo sales during a season that is, historically, the “off season” for sales.
The months of July, August and September are usually fairly quiet when it comes to real estate activity at Ho’olei. Last year in 2011 there was only 1 Hoolei condo that went under contract in these months, in 2010 there were two.
In 2012 we’ve got a surge of activity with Villa 87-5 just sold and four other Hoolei condos under contract. We see this activity during the quiet season as a very positive signal that buyers value what Ho’olei has to offer and are choosing now to invest in this community!

We’re excited announce that we just sold Ho’olei Villa 87-5 (aka Unit D5) on 09/14/2012 for $2,500,000. There are two great things about the sale of Villa 87-5 that we wanted to highlight.
First, we have achieved the official completion of developer sales in the community and our team will now be solely focused on resales at Ho’olei!
The second detail we wanted share: the buyers were already Ho’olei owners who decided they would invest in their second Ho’olei condo.
