We put Ho’olei Villa 75-1 (aka C1) under contract on 10/17/2012 which brings the total number of pending condo sales at Ho’olei up to 5! This is the second Hibiscus floor plan to go under contract this season, the only available Hibiscus villa of this caliber is Ho’olei Villa 63-1 which just had a price reduction. Hoolei outperforming the Wailea real estate market
Once again, Ho’olei is the shining star in the Waliea real estate market. It’s the only condo community in Wailea with pending sales over $2 Million at the moment and currently represents more than 55% of the pending Wailea condo activity. Right now it’s extremely quiet for home sales in Wailea, in fact there are only 4 pending Wailea home sales representing a total volume of about $6.2 million. In comparison, we have 5 pending sales at Ho’olei representing a total volume of about $13.3 million.
