Hoolei condo market update for October 19

We’re continuing to have a very exciting Fall season of activity for our Hoolei condominiums and are on track to have an even better Winter season! We recently wrote about the surge of activity Ho’olei and now we’re pleased to update you with the latest Hoolei real estate market news including another pending sale, a new listing on the second row and a great price reduction on the top row.

We put Ho’olei Villa 75-1 (aka C1) under contract on 10/17/2012 which brings the total number of pending condo sales at Ho’olei up to 5! This is the second Hibiscus floor plan to go under contract this season, the only available Hibiscus villa of this caliber is Ho’olei Villa 63-1 which just had a price reduction. The timing is just right if you love the Hibiscus floor plan and want to enjoy amazing views. We just had a $95,000 price reduction on Ho’olei Villa 63-1 (aka B1) which brings the offering price to $3,100,000.

Activity is back for the second row of Ho’olei and we’re very excited to bring this Maile floor plan on the market in the popular R building. We just listed Ho’olei Villa 55-2 (R2) for $2,250,000 which is a great price for a Wailea condo that offers such a convenient location coupled with great ocean views!

Hoolei outperforming the Wailea real estate market

Once again, Ho’olei is the shining star in the Waliea real estate market. It’s the only condo community in Wailea with pending sales over $2 Million at the moment and currently represents more than 55% of the pending Wailea condo activity. Right now it’s extremely quiet for home sales in Wailea, in fact there are only 4 pending Wailea home sales representing a total volume of about $6.2 million. In comparison, we have 5 pending sales at Ho’olei representing a total volume of about $13.3 million.
