Market update on Hoolei condos for sale

Looking at the list of pending Wailea condo sales, Ho’olei stands out as having the only two pending sales with asking prices over $2 Million. Price reduction on Villa 93-1 (G1)

We recently had a significant price reduction on Ho’olei Villa 93-1 (G1) which is now offered at $1,995,000 (was $2,095,000). This popular Hibiscus floor plan residence may not have ocean views but it performs very will in the Ho’olei at Grand Wailea vacation rental program and is a great deal at this price!

Pending sales at Ho’olei

Right now we have two Hoolei condos under contract and due to close this month. Villa 87-4 (D4), our Plumeria floor plan listing on the top row, has been under contract since August 16. We also have a Hibiscus floor plan Villa on the second row under contract. As we mentioned earlier in this post, these are the only 2 pending Wailea condo sales over $2 Million at the moment.

Latest Hoolei condo for sale

Villa 63-1 (B1) came on the market on 09/21/2011 offered at $3,295,000. 63-1 is a resale Hibiscus floor plan villa listed at the same price as Ho’olei Villa 52-6 (A6) which is an original developer villa that offers the most privacy and the highest elevation in the community.

Right now there are 15 active listings of Hoolei condos for sale, the average asking price is $2,754,200. The highest priced condo at Ho’olei is 75-1 (C1) at $3,400,000 and the lowest priced is 93-1 (G1) which is $1,995,000. The average price per square foot is now $1,010.16.
